Terms of service

The agreement between you and us, in plain English.

Last updated 3 September 2026

What these terms cover

They apply the moment you buy or use a IPTV UK subscription. Paying for a plan means you have accepted them.

What you receive

Access to television over the internet for the period paid for, on the number of devices your plan allows. The login is issued after payment and is for you alone.

What we ask of you

  • Keep the login private. Sharing it beyond your plan's device count can end the subscription without a refund.
  • Use the service at home, not for public showing or resale.
  • No copying, recording or passing on of what the service streams.
  • Give a WhatsApp number that works, so the login and the renewal can reach you.

Availability

The service runs day and night, though no internet service is immune to maintenance or upstream trouble. A brief interruption does not qualify for a refund. An outage lasting days does, under the refund policy.

Your broadband

Picture quality depends on your broadband and your device. Around 15 Mb/s for HD and 25 Mb/s for 4K is what it takes. Problems caused by a slow or unstable line are for your provider to fix.

Content

IPTV UK provides access to streams and neither makes, owns nor stores the programming on them. Checking that watching is lawful where you live is for you to do.

Ending the agreement

Stop at any time by not renewing. Break these terms and the subscription closes with no money returned; sharing the login past your device count, or reselling it, is the usual reason.

Changes

These terms may change. The date under the heading shows the last edit, and a change applies from the day it is published.
