DMCA notice

IPTV UK sells access to streams operated by other companies. We store nothing, record nothing and broadcast nothing, and what those operators transmit is their decision.

We take copyright seriously. If you hold or represent a right in material reachable through the service, send a notice and you will hear back.

We can act on a notice only if it carries every one of these:

• Who you are, a postal address, and an email or phone number.
• The work you say has been infringed.
• The material you are complaining about, described well enough for us to find it.
• Your good-faith statement that the rights holder, an agent for them, and the law do not allow this use.
• Your statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the right or act for the person who does.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Post it to IPTV UK, 33 Cloudesley Square, London N1 0HN, UK, or send it through the contact page. A notice without every item is sent back to be completed.

A complete notice goes to the operator running the stream, and we block access on our side where that is possible. As nothing is on our servers, the removal itself is done by that operator.

If you think something was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was wrong.

Repeated valid complaints against one account get that account closed.
