Who we are
IPTV UK operates from 33 Cloudesley Square, London N1 0HN, UK. This policy applies to iptv-uk.top and to any subscription bought here.
What we collect
- The number you message from, and any name you give.
- Which plan you chose, with its start and end dates.
- Anonymous page-visit counts collected through Google Analytics.
We never ask for card numbers and never see them. We do not log what you watch.
Why we collect it
- To create your subscription and send you the login.
- To answer questions and help when something needs sorting.
- To give you a nudge before the plan ends, if you asked for one.
- To see which pages get read so the site can be improved.
Who else sees it
Nothing is sold, rented or passed on for marketing. Your details reach the host, Google Analytics and the panel that creates your login, and nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the life of the plan and a reasonable time after, for renewals and refunds. The analytics data is anonymous and expires on its own.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we keep, have it corrected, or have it deleted, all with one WhatsApp message. These are your rights under UK GDPR and nothing here reduces them.
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies to count visits. They do not identify you. Block them in your browser and everything still works.
